Professor Yue Zhang is an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a Professor at University of Science and Technology Beijing, and the Director of the Beijing Key Lab for Advanced Energy and Technology. His research focuses on low-dimensional semiconductor materials and nanoscale service behaviors. He has made systematic and innovative outstanding contributions in basic theory, fabrication technology, and engineering applications. He was appointed as an Associate Editor of Fundamental Research in 2021.
