Open access journal
This journal is a peer reviewed, fully open access journal owned by Southwest Petroleum University. Southwest Petroleum University retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and the compiled issues. The article is universally and freely accessible via the internet in perpetuity, in an easily readable format immediately after publication.
To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an Article Processing Charge, APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The open access publication fee for this journal is USD 500, plus taxes. All APCs for articles submitted to the journal before the 31 December 2024 will be fully waived. Southwest Petroleum University will pay to make the article open access.

Open Access Publication Fee
As an open access journal with no subscription charges, a fee is payable by the author or research funder to cover the costs associated with publication. This ensures the article will be immediately free to access by everyone. The open access publication fee for this journal is 0.
Author Rights
For open access publishing, this journal uses a copyright transfer agreement. Authors will transfer copyright to Southwest Petroleum University on behalf of KeAi Communications Co. Ltd., but will have the right to reuse the article on the terms of their selected end user license, as well as certain scholarly usage rights.
