1st KeAi Editors Training Day

On June 26th, 2015, KeAi held its first 1st Editors Training Day at the CSPM conference facility on Donghuangchenggen North Street, Beijing. This training day aimed to provide practical information and experience of international journal publishing to Editors from KeAi partner journals.
The one-day workshop was specifically designed and all presentation topics were tailored towards requests from partner Editors before the training day. The topics included:
- Editor and Board member engagement,
- Bibliometrics and listing in abstracting services,
- Practical Journal Ethics for Publishing Editors,
- Getting the most from attending a conference,
- Major Stakeholders in International Journal Publishing,
- How you can contribute to the marketing and promotion of your journal.
In the last session of group discussion, Editors raised current challenges, shared successful experiences and asked KeAi to continue their support to their journals. All attendees enjoyed the training day and KeAi received numerous requests to continue these types of events in the future.
