Virtual Special Issue of Energy and Built Environment for ICESF 2019

Published 08 October, 2019

This issue selected the best papers from International Conference on Energy and Sustainable Futures (ICESF) 2019, a multi-disciplinary conference focused on academic research, industrial applications, and energy innovations.

The conference is intended for experts in the field from industry and academia; as well as research students and early career researchers will also include keynote and invited plenary papers from internationally renowned speakers from industry and academia. The conference will also include in parallel the third University Alliance Doctoral Training Alliance (DTA) Energy Summer School for PhD researchers and DTA research fellows from more than 14 UK universities.

Potential topics include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Renewable and clean energy generation.
  2. District heating, thermal storage and geothermal technology.
  3. Materials research for energy innovation.
  4. Energy efficiency and demand side management.
  5. Sustainable consumption, recycling and reuse.
