Professor Yue Hao works at Xidian University. He is an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Director of the Department of Information Sciences of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He has made great contributions to the research on the wide and ultra-wide bandgap instrument, material and devices, the semiconductor optoelectronic materials and devices, the advanced CMOS and memory devices, and the reliability and degradation mechanism of semiconductor devices. He was appointed as an Associate Editor of Fundamental Research in 2021.
