This trend, which depends on the materials technology used for implants, continues to grow, despite the economic crisis caused by the pandemic. Technological innovation is the driving force behind the growth of the market. This special issue on nanostructured materials for orthopedics and dentistry will feature the latest updates on the Materials Science technology used to supply this human necessity. Both original research articles and review articles are welcome.
