Special Issue on Advances in BDS Positioning Theory, Algorithms and Applications

已发布 31 八月, 2020

China’s BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS) was declared officially operational on 31 July 2020, and now provides global services independently. As one of four Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS), BDS is an important enhancement to multi-GNSS navigation services. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and improve BDS to exploit its potential in various scientific and industrial activities. Studies about the interoperation of BDS with other GNSS are also crucial for BDS to go global and be recognised by the international GNSS community. BDS was 26 years in development and interest in its positioning theory, algorithms and applications is now growing. Many innovative methods and theories have been proposed to improve BDS's navigation service.

For this special issue, we welcome review and original research articles which show recent advances in methodologies and applications of BDS. Topics will include (but not be limited to):

  • BDS observation quality
  • BDS satellite orbit and clock determination
  • BDS relative and absolute positioning algorithms
  • BDS monitoring and modeling tectonic and geophysical processes
  • BDS precision time transfer
  • BDS augmentation technology
  • BDS and multi-sensor fusion navigation technology
  • BDS anti-interference and anti-spoofing technology
  • BDS application for geohazard monitoring and early warning
  • Other topics related to BDS and its applications

Please submit your manuscript online through the editorial system.
