This journal is a peer reviewed, fully open access journal owned by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. University of Electronic Science and Technology of China retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and compiled issues. The article is universally and freely accessible via the internet in perpetuity, in an easily readable format immediately after publication.
To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an Article Processing Charge, APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The open access publication fee for this journal is USD 1000, plus taxes. All APCs for articles submitted to the journal before the 31-12-2023 will be fully waived.

Access Rights
All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy and distribute.
User Rights
A CC user license manages the reuse of the article. For the single article, articles will be published under the following licenses according to author's choice:

Author Rights
For open access publishing, this journal uses a licensing agreement. For the single article received before 2023, authors have transferred their copyright to the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; for articles which have been received since year 2023, authors retain copyright for the single article. KeAi Communications Co., Ltd. will be granted nonexclusive publishing and distribution rights.
