Advanced NMR in Contemporary China

Published 04 February, 2024

Among the scientific communities worldwide, few are as active as those in China. This also holds true for the field of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) where Chinese scientists are making unique contributions.

To showcase the diverse and impactful contributions of Chinese researchers in NMR,, Magnetic Resonance Letters (MRL) and the Journal of Magnetic Resonance Open (JMRO) have come together to co-edit a special Golden Open Access issue entitled “Advanced NMR in Contemporary China”. MRL is the first English journal dedicated to magnetic resonance in China, while JMRO is a companion title to the renowned Journal of Magnetic Resonance.

Professor Lucio Frydman, JMRO’s chief editor, and Professor Maili Liu, MRL’s chief editor, have appointed Professor Xueqian Kong from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as Professor Conggang Li and Professor Jun Xu, both from CAS-WIPM, as guest editors. Their expertise ensures the special issue will offer both depth and breadth, providing suitable representation across various topics and stakeholders.
