This journal is a peer reviewed, fully open access journal owned by Tongji University and Tongji University Press. Tongji University and Tongji University Press retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and the compiled issues. The OA fee (also known as an article publishing charge APC) will be paid by Tongji University and Tongji University Press, Authors do not have to pay any open access publication fee.
