Professor Itamar Willner

Prof. Itamar Willner is a professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is a foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Member of the Israeli Academy of Sciences, Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, and Member of the German National Academy of Sciences. His research interest include: supramolecular chemistry, nanobiology, molecular self-assembly, molecular and biomolecular machines. Prof. Willner has published in Science, Nature, Nature Materials, Nature Nanotechnology, Chemistry Reviews, Chemistry Society Reviews, and Journal of the American Chemical Society. He has published more than 800 papers and over 30 patents. Prof. Willner serves as a member of the editorial/advisory board of Journal of the American Chemical Society, Langmuir, Nano Letters, ACS Nano, Small, and Supramolecular Materials.
