Registration

All amounts are inclusive of VAT

*Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. These should be emailed to globaltransitions@keaipublishing.com to support your registration.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all conference sessions, i.e. keynote lectures, parallel sessions
• Conference Dinner on 14 October 2019
• Lunch on 14, 15 and 16 October 2019
• Refreshments during the breaks as scheduled in the conference programme
• All conference materials, i.e. conference bag, including the programme booklet and access to the online abstract system

Conference participants are also eligible for the special accommodation rate that has been negotiated with a quality hotel at walking distance from the conference venue. 

Cancellations 

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise conference secretariat (globaltransitions@keaipublishing.com) of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify conference secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by Monday,  2 September 2019, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Monday, 16 September 2019, a 50% refund will be given. We are afraid that we are not able to offer refunds after Monday, 16 September 2019, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
