Journal of Dynamic Disasters is one journal dedicated to publishing authoritative research on dynamic disasters and their impact on engineering structures.

We publish manuscripts that emphasize dynamical analysis, disaster mechanisms, disaster prevention, disaster monitoring, disaster assessment, health monitoring and post-disaster restoration for engineering structures (such as civil engineering structures, mechanical engineering structures, aerospace structures, marine structures). Contributions that address the entire disaster lifecycle, from structure safety analysis, vibration measurement and vibration analysis to structural response and rehabilitation, are especially welcome.

The journal encourages interdisciplinary approaches that integrate emerging technologies. Areas of special interest include advanced sensing, signal processing, intelligent management and control strategies for dynamic disasters.
