Job Title: Marketing Specialist (New Media Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

To enhance KeAi's brand influence, promote the dissemination of academic research published in KeAi journals, and support sustainable customer growth, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist focused on new media operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing KeAi's domestic and international social media channels:

  • Drive user growth, engagement, and activity across KeAi's social media platforms.
  • Optimize existing social media tools and explore new channels to meet marketing needs.
  • Monitor, maintain, and analyze platform performance through regular reporting to support continuous improvement.
  • Design and manage social media campaigns to attract new followers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support.

Promoting KeAi journal research through video content:

  • Manage and operate KeAi's video platforms.
  • Transform academic research findings into engaging video content.

Supporting live and replay sessions of webinars:

  • Assist in the execution of live and recorded online seminars.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure smooth virtual events and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Engage with audiences (researchers, partners, etc.) during webinars and address their questions in real-time.
  • Promote webinars to expand reach and attract new audiences.

Working with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing KPIs and enhance brand and journal impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. Familiarity with the academic research community is preferred; experience in publishing or media is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in social media management or marketing. Proficiency in mainstream social media and content marketing channels, with skills in operations, campaign planning, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Creative, collaborative, and team-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); video editing skills are desirable.
  • Proficient in utilizing AI tools for creating pictures, videos, and other visual content.
