Recruitment of Early Career Editorial Board members

Biomimetic Intelligence and Robotics (BIRob) launches in June 2021, publishes original, high-quality, peer-reviewed theoretical and applied research achievements and review articles in the fields of robotics, biomimetics, artificial intelligence, and the innovative integration of them. BIRob has been indexed by ESCI (JCR Q1), Ei Compendex, Scopus and DOAJ.
We are delighted to invite applicants for the early career editorial board of Biomimetic Intelligence and Robotics.
Requirements for application
- Have a doctoral degree or equivalent to assistant professor title or above, those with overseas study and work experience are preferred.
- Be enthusiastic about the development of the journal, and being able to dedicate time and energy to participate in the organization/review of manuscripts, organization of academic activities, and promotion of journals, those with relevant experiences in early career editorial board are preferred.
- Published a number of high-level papers.
Benefits
- Successful candidates will receive a certificate of appointment from the BIRob Editorial Office, valid for a period of one year.
- Members who have made outstanding contributions to the journal may be selected to join the editorial board of BIRob.
- Articles authored or recommended by members may receive priority consideration for publication, subject to review and approval.
- Potential candidates as Outstanding Reviewer/Editor of the Year upon excellent peer reviews.
- Invitated to participate in various activities organized by the editorial office.
- Have the opportunity to serve as Executive Guest Editor and organize special issues.
Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
- Write, recommend and organize no less than 2 high-quality manuscripts for BIRob.
- Actively assist and participate in academic activities sponsored by the Editorial Office of BIRob.
- Publicize and promote BIRob in academic activities globally.
- Serve as reviewer of BIRob and recommend excellent reviewers in relevant fields.
