Special issue on the 13th International Conference on Sustainable Energy & Environment Protection (SEEP) 2021

This special issue will feature original research presented at the 13^th International Conference on Sustainable Energy & Environment Protection (SEEP) 2021. The conference was organized by the Institute of Chemical and Energy Engineering and was held, as a hybrid event, at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, in Vienna, Austria (BOKU). It was chaired by Prof. Abdul Ghani Olabi of the University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and Prof. Christoph Pfeifer and Assoc. Prof. Rafat Al Afif, both of BOKU.

Submissions will be invited and selected by the conference chairs and cover thermo-chemical conversion (gasification, pyrolysis, combustion, hydrothermal carbonisation, etc.) as well as bio-chemical conversion (anaerobic digestion, fermentation, etc.). Experimental work as well as modelling and simulation studies will be presented.

If the manuscript is accepted, the article will be published open access with no fee payable by the author.
