Cyber-Physical Energy Systems Holds 2026 Editorial Board Meeting

On August 6, 2026, Cyber-Physical Energy Systems (CPES) successfully held its 2026 Editorial Board Meeting in Nanjing, China, bringing together 50 Editorial Board members from 16 countries through a combined onsite and online format. The meeting reviewed the journal's development over the past two years and discussed its future direction.
Editor-in-Chief Professor Xiaohong Guan reviewed the journal's development since its launch, followed by an update from Executive Editor Professor Xiaoyu Cao on editorial management, peer review, and international submissions. An open discussion covered the journal's academic quality, international visibility, global outreach, and future development, with representatives from CPES's overseas editorial offices also sharing updates on their recent work.
The meeting provided an important platform for exchanging ideas and building consensus on the journal's future development. CPES looks forward to working closely with its Editorial Board and the broader research community to further strengthen the journal as an international platform for research in cyber-physical energy systems.
