Welcoming Our New Editor-in-Chief: A New Chapter for Cyber Security and Applications

We are delighted to welcome our new Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Xiaofeng Chen, to the editorial team of Cyber Security and Applications, effective 1 January 2026.
Prof. Chen hails from Xidian University, China, and has been selected as Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher, IEEE fellow, and also AAIA Fellow. He will bring a distinguished background in cyber security, along with extensive editorial experience.
In his new role, Prof. Chen will lead the journal's editorial direction, strengthen its academic impact, and further enhance its global reach. We are confident that under his guidance, Cyber Security and Applications will continue to publish groundbreaking research and serve as a vital platform for scholarly exchange.
