Open Access
This journal is a peer-reviewed, fully open access journal owned by KeAi Communications Co., Ltd. (KeAi). KeAi retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and the compiled issues. Articles are universally and freely accessible via the internet in perpetuity, in an easily readable format immediately after publication.
To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an Article Processing Charge, APC), which is normally paid by the authors or on their behalf, for example by their research funder or institution. To support the launch of the journal, no submission fee or Article Processing Charge (APC) will be charged for articles submitted to the journal before 31 December 2029. The standard APC after the waiver period will be announced on the journal website before APC collection begins, plus any applicable taxes.

Access Rights
All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy and distribute.

Author Rights
