Open Access
This journal is a peer-reviewed, fully open access journal owned by Wuhan University. Wuhan University retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and the compiled issues. The article is universally and freely accessible via the internet in perpetuity, in an easily readable format immediately after publication.
To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an Article Processing Charge, APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. For all papers accepted and published in the journal starting from Volume 11, Issue 1 (January 2026), the Article Processing Charge (APC) will be 1600 USD for a full-length article or 800 USD for a short article, plus the VAT. Peer review is under the responsibility of the Editorial Office of Global Health Research and Policy.
Access Rights
