Special Issue on Green Energy, Computing and Intelligent Technology

Published 25 September, 2023

Introduction:

This special issue aims to feature the most recent advancements in green technology, particularly in the fields of power systems, computing, renewable energy, and artificial intelligence applications in these areas. The issue of a net zero carbon footprint drives researchers to seek out cutting-edge technologies that can assist them in reaching that goal. Examples of developing technology that reduces carbon emissions include smart grids and electric vehicles. Computing technology also plays a significant role in greening society. Green computing, in particular, refers to the usage of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technology. Artificial intelligence is additionally useful in optimizing energy use. As we move toward a smarter, more connected world, it is feasible to reach the net zero carbon target of 2050 in the near future.
