Special Issue on Evidence-Based Dermatologic Aesthetics, Skin Barrier and Cosmetic Ingredient Efficacy

Introduction:

This special issue presents the latest advances in evidence-based dermatologic aesthetics, skin barrier function research and cosmetic ingredient efficacy evaluation. With growing demand for safe and efficacious cosmetic products and aesthetic interventions, rigorous scientific evidence and standardised evaluation systems have become core drivers of the field.

This special issue covers skin health mechanism exploration, raw material development, clinical efficacy verification and safety assessment in cosmetic dermatology. It will include original research articles, review articles, short communications and clinical studies related to dermatologic aesthetics and cosmetic technology. Multidisciplinary cross-field contributions are strongly encouraged.
