This journal is a peer reviewed, fully open access journal owned by Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and the compiled issues. The article is universally and freely accessible via the internet in perpetuity, in an easily readable format immediately after publication.
To provide open access, this journal is a subsidized open access journal where Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences pays for the publishing costs incurred by the journal. The open access publication fee for this journal is USD 1000, plus taxes. All APCs for articles submitted to the journal before the 31 December 2026 will be fully waived.
