Materials Science for Energy Technologies calls for young editorial board members!

Materials Science for Energy Technologies is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes high-quality research on the development and application of novel materials for energy-related applications. To further strengthen the global impact of MSET, we would like to recruit 20-50 Young Editorial Board members.

Recruitment Requirements
- Age not exceeding 40 years old.
- Ph.D. degree or associate senior professional title in materials science or related fields.
- Demonstrated high academic impact with publications as first author or corresponding author in high-level SCI-indexed journals.
- Enthusiastic about supporting journal development and willing to engage in peer review, manuscript solicitation, promotion, and related activities.
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the development trends of domestic and international SCI journals and editorial publishing processes.
Benefits to Young Editorial Board members
- Selected candidates will be appointed as Young Editorial Board Members for a two-year term and receive an official appointment certificate.
- Manuscripts submitted or recommended as first author or corresponding author will be exempt from Article Processing Charges (APC) and granted priority publication after peer review approval.
- Outstanding Young Editorial Board Members will be given priority for appointment to the journal's Editorial Board during adjustments or renewal. Those who excel in peer review will be recognized as Excellent Reviewer of the Year.
- Members may recommend other outstanding young scholars to join the Young Editorial Board.
Responsibilities of Young Editorial Board members
- Recommend at least one manuscript or one high-level expert to submit to our journal each year during the term.
- Actively participate in MSET community activities and contribute to journal development.
- Promote the journal and its published articles at domestic and international academic exchanges and conferences.
- Participate in preliminary review and peer review of manuscripts, at least twice per year.
- Make other beneficial contributions to enhancing the journal's brand and influence.
