Microbiome and One Health is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing original research that elucidates the critical role of microbiomes colonizing humans, animals, plants, and the environment. The journal especially emphasis on providing an interdisciplinary forum that integrates microbiology with veterinary science, medicine, agriculture, and environmental science to advance the One Health paradigm.

We welcome original research articles, reviews, short communications, and perspectives. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the following themes:

2. Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR)

3. Microbiome Interactions and Cross-Species Transmission

4. Environmental Microbiomes

5. Gut microbiota and human health

6. Interactios of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria

8. Climate Change and Planetary Health

Reproducible methods or protocols in microbiome research, and interventional strategies in global public health are also welcome.
