Criteria for Full Waiver:
APC waivers are available for authors who are not financially supported or whose institutions lack sufficient funds for open access publication. Please note that before submitting your manuscript, you are requested to send an email to ppl@fargroups.com to apply for a waiver. Priority is given to authors from low-income countries/regions (as defined by the World Bank and/or other international organizations). This policy is based on the fact that all authors listed in the manuscript (not just the corresponding author) are from low-income countries. Additionally, the research must be conducted in these regions or primarily focus on topics relevant to these areas. Each research team is eligible for a maximum of one APC waiver per year, with given preference to scholars in the greatest need to ensure more researchers have the opportunity to receive funding.
Discounts:
There is a three-tier waiver and discount framework to provide authors with APC financial support. If your research institution or funding agency supports open-access publishing but your project is underfunded, you may also apply for a discount of up to 70%.
Please note that before submitting your manuscript, you are requested to send an email to ppl@fargroups.com to apply for a discount.
