Announcement of the Second Youth Editorial Board of SMHS

We are pleased to announce the formation of the second Youth Editorial Board for Sports Medicine and Health Science (SMHS). The inaugural Youth Editorial Board, comprising 39 members, was established in September 2024. Building on this foundation, the call for new applications was released in June 2026 and received an overwhelming response from young scholars worldwide. We sincerely thank all applicants for their trust and support.

After a rigorous selection process by the Editorial Office and Editor-in-Chief, which carefully evaluated candidates' educational backgrounds, research expertise, publication records, and institutional diversity, 36 new young scholars have been appointed to this term. Together with the 38 returning members from the inaugural board, they form the second Youth Editorial Board, now comprising 74 members in total. The term of office will run from September 2026 to September 2028. The list is as follows:
