To further advance academic exchanges and cooperation in global healthcare and rehabilitation, the journal Healthcare and Rehabilitation (HCR) is pleased to launch the “Qilu International Academic Lecture on Healthcare and Rehabilitation”. This lecture series aims to build an interdisciplinary, high-quality international exchange platform that brings together top experts and young scholars from around the world to explore the latest research trends and cutting-edge topics in the field.
On Jul.08, 2026, Ms. Yingchun Zeng, Assistant Professor at National University of Singapore, delivered a report titled Frontier Advances in Cancer Rehabilitation.

新加坡国立大学护理学院助理教授，美国护理科学院院士（FAAN），自 2021 年起连续 5 年入选全球前 2% 高被引科学家。曾教授长期聚焦于护理科学、人工智能与数字健康的交叉创新。创立的 FIT 研究团队致力于将人工智能系统性融入肿瘤护理实践。共同牵头制定了康复机构 “综合监测 — 预警 — 干预一体化” 数字智能建设国家团体标准 / 指南；共同牵头完成面向老年人群的智慧照护机器人 “小噜” 的设计与原型开发；研发了用于谵妄筛查与护理决策支持的自主式 AI 智能体及面向肿瘤患者的虚拟现实认知评估与康复系统，并构建了用于老年人轻度认知障碍早期筛查的子系统。已发表同行评审论文 100 余篇，累计在国际会议作报告近 30 场，拥有 2 项发明专利与 6 项软件著作权，其中 1 项发明专利已转化进入临床研究。
