Xueyong Wei is a Full Professor and Party Secretary of Instrument Science and Technology at Xi'an Jiaotong University. He is a Leading Talent of the National Science and Technology Innovation Program and Executive Director of the International Joint Laboratory for Micro/Nano Manufacturing and Measurement. His research centers on MEMS/NEMS, nonlinear dynamics, and biosensors, with emphasis on surface acoustic wave (SAW) microfluidic devices, high-sensitivity resonators, and point-of-care biosensing systems. He has published over 150 papers and received the Second Class Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. He also serves as an Associate Editor for Microsystems & Nanoengineering and Executive Editor for the Chinese Academy of Engineering Journal Engineering.
