Special Issue on Commemorating the 3rd Anniversary of the Launch of High-speed Railway and the 130th Anniversary of Beijing Jiaotong University

High-Speed Railway (English) was launched in 2023, with CN 10-1922/U2 and ISSN 2949-8678. The supervising authority is the Ministry of Education, and the organizing institution is Beijing Jiaotong University. The journal is indexed and searchable in international databases including ESCI, Scopus, DOAJ, Inspec, EBSCO, and Google Scholar, as well as in domestic databases and websites such as CSCD, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, VIP Data, Baidu Scholar, SuperStar, and the "Chinese Open Access Journal Directory."

To commemorate the third anniversary of the launch of High-Speed Railway and the 130th anniversary of Beijing Jiaotong University, we invite experts and scholars, researchers, engineering technicians, and faculty and students from universities and colleges worldwide to submit their papers on high-speed railways and related application fields.

Submission Requirements:

The manuscript presents the latest and outstanding achievements in high-speed railway planning and design, operation and management, high-speed railway equipment, and railway engineering, and complies with the journal’s academic standards and publishing requirements.

Manuscript types are review articles and research articles.

All submissions will go through the journal’s rigorous peer-review process, with selected manuscripts to be published in the special issue.

Release Date: May 15, 2026

Submission Deadline: September 1, 2026 (Outstanding manuscripts submitted after the deadline may be considered for future publication.)

Publication Date: December 2026 or January 2027
