The HydroResearch Research Excellence Award

Introduction:
We are pleased to introduce the HydroResearch Research Excellence Award, a distinguished honor recognizing remarkable breakthroughs and research excellence. The award is open to original research and review articles published in HydroResearch between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027.
Evaluation Criteria:
Candidates for the Research Excellence Award will be assessed against the following criteria:
- Originality and innovation of the research
- Contributions toward the advancement of disciplinary understanding
- Relevance to urgent environmental challenges and potential to receive widespread social attention
Selection process:
Submissions will first undergo an initial screening by the Editorial Office, followed by peer assessment by members of the Editorial Board.
Award recipients will receive:
- An official journal certificate
- A full article process charge (APC) waive voucher
- Extensive promotion across international media platforms
