Special Issue title: TUNIROCK2026

Introduction
The TUNIROCK2026 Conference (https://tunirock2026.com/ Hammamet, 9–12 April 2026, Tunisia) offers an international environment for sharing ideas across related fields and a forum for exchanging information and good practices. It will also showcase fruitful experiences on recent developments — emphasizing both theory and practice — among scientists, researchers, engineers, and experts. The main topics of the TUNIROCK 2026 Conference are:
- Rock Mechanics and Rock Mass Behavior
- Geological and Earth Sciences
- Site Investigations, Monitoring, and Modeling
- Engineering Applications and Resource Development
- Geological Storage and Sustainable Engineering
This special issue will publish selected high-quality papers from the conference with extended versions.
Submission Instructions:
Please read the Guide for Authors before submitting. All articles should be submitted online, please select VSI: TUNIROCK2026 on submission. All submissions will undergo a normal peer-review process.
Submission deadline: 30th, June 2026
Article Processing Charges:
To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an article publishing charge APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for this journal is USD 700, excluding taxes.
For submissions before 1 April 2026, the APC will be waived making it free to submit to the journal. For submission since that date, we will provide a 50% waive voucher for accepted articles belong to this special issue.
