Focus on the role of mitochondrial dynamics and mitochondrial quality control in normal cellular function and human neurodegenerative diseases. To address these issues, we develop some novel technologies for mitochondrial research, and create some animal models to study the occurrence and development of mitochondria associated human neurodegenerative diseases.
