Dr. Benjamin Turner is a Professor at Shandong Agricultural University. He combines expertise in soil science and ecosystem ecology to study biogeochemical cycling in natural and agricultural environments. He has broad scientific interests, including nutrient limitation, plant–soil interactions, species diversity, and the cycles of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, and silicon. He specializes in phosphorus cycling, particularly the chemistry, dynamics, and ecological significance of soil organic phosphorus.
