As the Deputy Head of Research at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, she strengthens international collaborations, grant success, advancing emerging and established researcher and excels in higher-degree research supervision and completion.
Recognised as a global leader in acute paediatric burn care, Bronwyn currently Chairs the Australia and New Zealand Burns Association (ANZBA) Research Committee, which facilitates burns research studies across diverse hospital settings in Australia and New Zealand. Her role as Chair closely aligns with her values of building research capacity and clinical excellence across multidisciplinary care, including the facilitation of the ANZBA Consumer Advisory Group.
Bronwyn is also an active member of the Executive Committee for the Paediatric Research in Emergency Departments International Collaborative (PREDICT), Centre of Research Excellence, where she helps to drive excellence and equity in the highest priority areas of paediatric emergency medicine in Australasia.
