Ye Pengpeng, Ph.D., graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia. He has been actively engaged in injury surveillance and prevention in China, focusing on analyzing the prevalence of key injury types, developing intervention toolkits, and participating in policy-making and effectiveness evaluation across different populations. He has also joined multiple large-scale population surveys, RCTs, and cohort studies and is keen on exploring the application of AI, mobile health, behavioural economics, mixed-methods research, and implementation science in injury prevention. He has contributed to various compilations and publications, including national injury surveillance datasets, professional reports, planning textbooks, industry standards, and popular science books. He has published about two hundred papers in different academic journals (H-index=47) and made the Stanford 2024 list of the top 2% of scientists worldwide. His awards include the third prize in Technological Innovation by the Chinese Society of Preventive Medicine, six outstanding paper awards at national and domestic academic conferences, and four Leader F5000 prizes in 2019-2021 and 2023.
