Open Access
This journal is a peer-reviewed, fully open access journal owned by The International Open Benchmark Council, who retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and the compiled issues. The article is universally and freely accessible via the internet in perpetuity, in an easily readable format immediately after publication.
To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an Article Processing Charge, APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The open access publication fee for this journal will be paid by The International Open Benchmark Council. Authors do not have to pay any open access publication fee always. The authors will have the opportunity to register BenchCouncil International Symposium on Benchmarking, Measuring and Optimizing (Bench) (https://www.benchcouncil.org/bench/) and present their work.
Peer review is under the responsibility of The International Open Benchmark Council.
Access Rights
All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy and distribute.
User Rights
A CC user license manages the reuse of the article. For articles published prior to November 1st, 2023, permitted third party reuse is defined by CC BY or CC BY-NC-ND depending on author's choices. For articles published after November 1st, 2023, CC BY license will not be used and the following user license defines permitted third party reuse:

Author Rights
For open access publishing, this journal uses a licensing agreement. For the single article, Authors will retain copyright alongside scholarly usage rights, and KeAi Communications Co., Ltd. and The International Open Benchmark Council will be granted non-exclusive publishing and distribution rights.
