DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: A STRATEGIC MOVE TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE GROWTH

Introduction:

The business landscape is undergoing a profound transformation due to the rapid growth of digitalization and the increasing emphasis on sustainability. Virtually every aspect of business has experienced varying degrees of modification as a result. Digital transformation has taken center stage on leadership agendas and has garnered significant attention from scholars worldwide, particularly in an era of heightened uncertainty. Digital transformation entails strategic changes that leverage digital technologies to bring about transformations in products, processes, customer engagement, and even organizational structures.

The current era is witnessing an unprecedented wave of digitalization, driven by the convergence of SMAC technologies: social, mobile, analytics, and cloud computing. This convergence has fueled innovation in both society and business, offering companies remarkable opportunities for growth and development. To fully capitalize on these opportunities, organizations must incorporate sustainability strategies into their digital transformation roadmaps across multiple dimensions.
