KeAi Celebrates the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

Published 30 September, 2019

We at KeAi believe in the global impact of research from China. On the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the People’s Republic of China we salute the country’s research community with whom we collaborate to take its research to the next level of excellence and whom we support in making an even bigger impact internationally.

Following the establishment of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on November 1, 1949, China’s research has developed in parallel with the progress that the country has made as a whole. In more recent years, both fundamental science and applied research have seen a rapid development in Chinese universities and research institutions. Universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University and Zhejiang University are increasingly gaining world-class reputation. Many more Chinese universities and research institutions are showing impressive growth, both qualitatively and quantitatively. International academic collaborations, based on equality and mutual respect are at the heart of these developments. China is now better positioned than ever before to become a world leader in science and technology and KeAi is looking forward to continuing to grow together with China.
