Novel oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in hepatocellular carcinoma

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a very deadly disease. HCC initiation and progression involve multiple genetic events, including the activation of proto-oncogenes and disruption of the function of specific tumor suppressor genes.
